How does Quad’s hiring process work?
Our hiring process is transparent and efficient, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. Here’s an overview of what you can expect, from application to onboarding:
1. Application submission
To apply for a position at Quad, search our career areas for current job openings. Select “Apply” on the desired job opening page and follow the prompts to complete your application and attach your resume. We encourage you to provide detailed information about your relevant skills, experiences, and accomplishments.
2. Screening and interview
Once we receive your application, our talent acquisition team will review your qualifications and skills. If you are selected during the screening process, we will contact you to schedule an interview. Our interview process may involve multiple rounds, including an initial in-person or virtual (phone or video) interview, as well as additional in-person or virtual panel interviews with our recruiters, hiring managers, and participants from their teams.
3. Decision and offer
After our screening and interview process is complete, our talent acquisition team will carefully evaluate all candidates. If you are selected as the top candidate, we will extend a job offer to you.
4. Pre-employment and onboarding
Once you accept our offer, we will guide you through our pre-employment and onboarding process, which includes completing all necessary paperwork and additional screening requirements. We’ll also make sure you have the resources you need to successfully navigate your first days and weeks with the company.

How do I know my application was received?
After submitting your application, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If your skills, experience, and other qualifications are a good fit for the job requirements, our recruiting team will be in touch regarding next steps.
How do I check on the status of my application?
You can check the status of your application at any time by logging into your candidate profile right here on BeQuad.com. We will also notify you by phone or email if your application status changes. If you haven’t received an update, or the application status in your profile isn’t clear, contact us at careers@qg.com or by calling 1-800-682-JOBS (5627), Monday-Friday 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST.
I can no longer access the email I used to apply for a position. How do I update my information?
If you can no longer access the email you used to apply for a position, call MyQuad at 1-866-275-6767. They’ll be able to update your information. If you’re already in the interview process, you may also contact the recruiter you’ve been speaking with for help.
I have an interview with Quad. How should I best prepare?
Congratulations! To prepare for your interview, we recommend that you thoroughly review the posted job description and reflect on how your skills and experience make you a good fit for the role. We also recommend that you spend some time researching the company and the person with whom you will be interviewing. Last, make the most of your interview by practicing your answers to common interview questions and thinking through potential follow-up questions ahead of time.
What is Quad doing about fraudulent job postings and job offers?
Job seekers should be aware of online scammers who pose as employers to scam applicants out of their personal information or money. We encourage job seekers to learn the signs of fake job postings and fake job offers. If you encounter a job scam, report it as soon as possible to protect yourself and others.
Quad will:
- Never ask for payment to process employment application documents
- Never refer to a third party to process job applications
- Never ask you to pay to work, including for job-related equipment
- Never share personal data through unsecured channels
