How does Quad’s hiring process work?

We’ve designed our hiring process to be clear, efficient, and respectful of your time—so you always know what to expect.

1. Apply
Browse the open roles and submit your application online.  Be sure to include your most-up-to-date resume and highlight your relevant skills and accomplishments.

2. Review and interviews
Our Recruiting team carefully reviews every application.  If your background aligns with the role, we'll reach out to schedule next steps.

Depending on the position, the process may include:

  • A phone or video interview
  • Conversations with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Additional Interviews with team members

We'll keep you informed throughout the process.

3. Decision and offer
Once interviews are complete, we evaluate candidates thoughtfully and fairly.  If selected, you'll receive an offer and details about compensation, benefits, and next steps.

4. Pre-employment and onboarding
After you accept, we'll guide you through onboarding; including any required paperwork or screening and make sure you're set up for success from day one.

How do I know my application was received?

After you apply, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your experience matches what we’re looking for, a recruiter will contact you about next steps.

How do I check on the status of my application?

You can check the status of your application at any time by logging into your candidate profile right here on BeQuad.com. We will also notify you by phone or email if your application status changes. 

I can no longer access the email I used to apply for a position. How do I update my information?

If you can no longer access the email you used to apply for a position, call MyQuad at 1-866-275-6767 or email them at Careers@QG.com. They’ll be able to update your information. If you’re already in the interview process, you may also contact the recruiter you’ve been speaking with for help.

I have an interview with Quad. How should I best prepare?

Great question, preparation makes a big difference.

We recommend you:

  • Review the job description and how your experience aligns
  • Learn about Quad—our work, values, and culture
  • Be ready to share specific examples of your impact
  • Prepare thoughtful questions for your interviewer

Tip: Practice helps. Think through how you’ll describe your experience clearly and confidently.

How long does the hiring process take?

Timelines can vary depending on the role and number of applicants. We do our best to keep things moving and will keep you updated along the way.

Can I apply to more than one role?

Yes. If you’re interested in multiple opportunities, we encourage you to apply to any roles that match your skills and experience.

Will I be notified if I am not selected?

We aim to keep candidates informed throughout the process. While we may not be able to provide detailed feedback, you will receive updates on your application status.

Do you offer accommodations during the hiring process?

What should I know about background checks or pre-employment requirements?

As part of the hiring process, Quad conducts pre‑employment screening to support a safe, secure, and compliant workplace. All new hires complete a background check, which is conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.  Some roles may also require additional screening, such as drug testing or other role‑specific requirements, based on job responsibilities, safety standards, or client needs.  If screening is required for your role, you’ll receive clear instructions after accepting a conditional offer. Quad is committed to a respectful, confidential, and transparent pre‑employment process.

How does Quad use AI in hiring - and can I use AI as a candidate?

Our approach

We may use technology to improve efficiency, but all application review, and interview and hiring decisions involve human evaluation.

Using AI as a candidate

You’re welcome to use AI tools to:

  • Research roles and the company
  • Practice interview questions
  • Improve clarity in your resume

However, we encourage you to ensure that:

  • Your application reflects your real experience and voice
  • You’re able to speak confidently about anything you submit

What is Quad doing about fraudulent job postings and job offers?

We take candidate safety seriously. Unfortunately, job scams do exist, and we want you to stay informed.

Quad will never:

  • Ask for payment at any stage of the hiring process
  • Require you to pay for equipment or training
  • Direct you to third parties to process your application
  • Request sensitive personal information through unsecured channels

If something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts.

If you encounter a suspicious posting or message claiming to be from Quad, please report it so we can investigate.
