This role is focused on delivering high-quality data management, reporting, visualizations, and channel trends and insights. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven decision-making processes and ensure the seamless integration of data across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments, external partners, and clients to ensure clear communication and effective data management.
- Data Management: Routinely collaborate with the Data Engineering team regarding the collection, storage, and maintenance of data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Serve as the first set of eyes examining client reports and dashboards to forward insights to client management teams thereby supporting strategic decision-making.
- Project Management: Lead and manage BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Manage a team of BI professions to develop and implement BI strategies.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and clients on BI tools and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
- AI BI Champion. Investigate and make recommendations for POCs, or new technology platforms to enable LLM capabilities within our BI systems.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau as a first preference, Power BI or similar.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a small team.
- Certificates: Relevant certifications in BI tools or data analytics (e.g., Tableau Certification, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Tableau (or other BI platform), SQL, Alteryx, data warehousing (Snowflake), and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and tools.
- Analytical Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
