We are looking for a Senior Art Director based in Minneapolis to join our creative team. Here are a few things we already know about you:
- You've been the lead art director on a variety of integrated campaigns
- You have an impressive award-winning portfolio of work
- You’re ambitious, a team player, resourceful and accountable
- You're effective at presenting the work
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Understand our clients’ business challenges and generate integrated creative ideas, develop concepts and designs that help our clients move their businesses forward
- Partner with copywriters and other creatives to deliver big ideas; continue to push the boundaries to find new and better ways to improve our clients’ businesses
- Be the lead art director on projects and productions (photo and video shoots)
- Present your work and develop strong client relationships
- Be a go-to for new business pitches and juicy client projects
- Help foster an inclusive, inspiring and energetic working environment that ultimately leads to great work and happy people
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including other creatives, account management, production, strategy and media
- Stay abreast of trends and new media formats, absorbing ideas from the internet, TV, social media, etc.
- Meet deadlines and requirements, from kickoff to final delivery
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of integrated production/campaign development
- Eye for design and executional craft
- A creative portfolio which displays your ability to think in inventive ways
- Multicultural, earned media and/or social campaign development experience a plus
- Salary is commensurate with your experience and quality of portfolio
