If this sounds like you, hit us up. We are looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our creative team. Here are a few things we already know about you:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team up with Group Creative Directors, Creative Directors, fellow Designers, and Art Directors to create fresh ideas that help achieve beautiful project goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to share your passion for creativity, branding, packaging, visual communication, and ad campaign visual ideas.
  • Dive into different ideas and brainstorm alternative design options to make sure we've covered all the bases.
  • Develop, extend, and revise designs based on creative direction and style guides.
  • Manage the quality of design based on typography best practices and printed specifications for package design.
  • Create layouts and presentation material as requested (style guides, style sheets, pre-production guides) 
  • Be up on Graphic & VisualTrends and best practices as they relate to design
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate with the project manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis

  • Previous experience in a similar brand/design/advertising agency role.
  • Conduct conceptual exploration, coming up with alternative design solutions to ensure no stone is left unturned. 
  • Evaluate design options, develop and push to find 'big ideas' based on design strategy and creative brief.
  • 5+ years of Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • An impressive branding and packaging portfolio, demonstrating recent work with a track record of creative idea generation, strategy and development.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  

  • Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (motion graphics a plus)
  • Office 365
  • Knowledge of packaging dielines, formats and structures
  • Working knowledge of printing processes
