The Content Services Production Coordinator assists in all aspects of Imaging jobs including scheduling, tracking and troubleshooting. Processes jobs as needed, supports our global production teams & clients for all jobs going through their perspective product families.
Responsibilities:
- Check all content for accuracy and completeness, ensure files supplied by client meet our specs for printability as well as the supplied proofs are on the correct stock and meet industry standards
- Resolve all conflicts in client-supplied information by working with customer service and client to get job corrected and ready for press.
- Organize incoming and outgoing files & proofs for production to ensure they have everything needed to process and release jobs to press.
- Communicate job priorities to team members and other departments for what will be needed to be produced and in what order to meet client's deadlines.
- Monitor timelines to ensure all work is being organized and produced within the committed timeframes
- Check all copy and images on proofs to make sure they match files.
- Communicate any deviations to timing, costs, workflow to your Manager.
- Maintain and communicate daily status reports of upcoming jobs to you Manager
- Support Global team members with any workflow enhancements, file issues or slowdowns in the process.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 - 5 years of prepress and/or graphic arts industry preferred
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external clients
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
- Proficient computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications, project management databases and email applications
