3D Scanning Specialist / Operator

In addition, the role will occasionally support other scanning related activity as needed including sample tracking, simple product styling, and quality acceptance of completed scans.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate placement of products onto scanning pedestal.
- Responsible for capturing all required poses of product.
- Trouble shoot scanner and associated software as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining a production log tracking completed scans and time spent.
- Work directly with Merchandise Coordinator to sort “ready to scan” products as well as products that have been scanned, accepted by the client and ready to return.
- Review completed scans with Digital Tech.
- Notify Project Manager when completed scans are ready for client acceptance.
Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent, an Associates degree is preferred.
Experience: Entry level, 1-2 years experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred
Knowledge, skills and ability
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Windows/PC computer platform/software.
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software – specifically Outlook, Word, & Excel
- General understanding of still photography principles, equipment, and lighting techniques.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- High attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team player
