Partnership Marketing Manager

The Partnership Marketing Manager will collaborate with Rise’s Media Partnerships team to develop, resource and execute partnership marketing efforts in order to drive agency partner business plan results and growth. The role will build brand awareness, credibility, and industry exposure through partner events, conferences and content in support of Rise’s partner growth objectives and strategic initiatives. The Partnership Marketing Manager and will work closely with extended Quad Corporate Marketing team and will report to the Director Agency Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand Rise’s cross-industry partners, client verticals, and service lines in order to produce and recommend marketing activations
- Work with the Rise Partnerships team to plan and support any co-marketing initiatives such as sponsorships, co-hosted webinars, networking events, content and social media promotions
- Collaborate and work with other functions on the Quad Marketing team to resource and create applicable design, assets, content and communication materials.
- Work with sales and client account teams to support invite and outreach plan for Rise-hosted partner events
- Own and lead the planning, logistics, and execution of all Rise Partnerships Marketing events
- Support activation follow-ups by owning relevant content ideas, case studies, and anecdotes
- Provide strategic, analytically-driven recommendations for Rise’s partnerships marketing plans based on performance
- Field ad hoc supporting requests, and be comfortable pivoting within the workday to accommodate quick-turn tasks
- Own internal communications to update employees on partner marketing activities
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications or partnerships/sponsorships
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing efforts in a complex environment.
- Experience working within a matrixed organization, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel may be required to support brand-specific events and meetings
Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $75,000-$100,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
